Aquavive^® is a fully disposable, elegantly simple, external water bottle that eliminates costly washing, autoclaving and bottle filling.

Aquavive^® is designed to be used with our recyclable rodent cage Innocage^®. It is also compatible with traditional cages and wire bar lids when used with our low cost universal stainless steel adapter.

- THE WAY OF AQUAVIVE®:
  1. Start with softened municipal water.
  2. Run it through a carbon tower.
  3. Pass through a high-throughput Reverse Osmosis System.
  4. Process through an Aqua Chem Steam Distillation unit, this unit puts out 1000 gph with a distillate normally in the range of 0.2um to 0.5um.
  5. This distilled water is stored in a 60,000 gallon stainless steel silo. 24/7, the water is recalculated threw an Aquafine Ultraviolet Disinfection System with a wavelength at 254 nanometers. In addition all the air that feeds into the silo also goes through a HEPA filter and UV system.
  6. water passes through a bank of 20 Millipore 0.2um absolute micro filters
  7. and then through another Aquafine 254nm UV System
  8. Then the water enters the contact tank, where we inject OZONE into the water. Ozone is a very powerful,free of residues, oxidizing agent that has a wide kill effect over a broad spectrum of microorganisms. From here the water goes directly to the filler and into the bottles.
  9. The filler is housed in a room where the incoming air is passed through HEPA filters and multiple UV Systems
  10. The bottled water is acidified as a final step in the process
  11. Following capping the bottles are double shrink wrapped and palletizing for shipment
  12. All water surfaces are stainless steel and cleaned and sanitized with a built in Clean In Place system (CIP)

AVAILABLE EMPTY OR PREFILLED
The Aquavive^® water bottle is delivered pre-filled with a quick access, peel-away tab and filled with purified, laboratory grade acidified water. Also available empty for self filling.

HIGH VOLUME
High volume (330 ml mouse, 975 ml Rat) allows up to a two week interval between changes. Efficient vertical design provides access to 100% of bottle contents.

LEAK-PROOF DESIGN
The Aquavive^® water bottle has a disposable cap with built-in surface water tension valve that eliminates flooding.

RECYCLABLE
Made of PETE, the one of the world's most recycled polymers, Aquavive® water bottle is fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
